The head of USS, Brian has been with us since the beginning. Brian first worked alongside his father, John Lockhart, for the family business in the 1990s. He went from being in charge of production to evolving the family business into the group of foundation experts it is today. Under his leadership, USS has continued to grow and allow us the opportunity to do more of what we love, serving our customers.
Bill started with USS in 2018 as operations manager for the West Virginia office after three years of serving as a project and operations manager for a general contracting firm. He is a valuable addition to the USS family and helps keep everything running smoothly.
Chris joined the USS family in 2005 as a technician. He worked his way up over the years to become operations manager. His dedication for providing the best support to our customers continues to shine through his work.
Formerly a press operator in the printing industry, Bobby joined USS full time in 2010. As the sales manager, he directs an outstanding team that builds long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Team member since 2016, Dana works closely with sales representatives and foreman.
A rising star since joining USS in 2006, Randall was named service manager for the West Virginia area 8 years ago. Randall is dedicated to ensuring our West Virginia customers receive nothing but the highest quality service.
Chris has been in the USS family of foundation experts for 7 years. In addition to his work as a service manager, he serves as the Chief Energy Officer. Chris works diligently to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Accounting
For the last five years, Karen has been the backbone of USS’s accounting department.
